Rumors have been rife that Bongo heavyweight Ali Kiba and Diamond Platnumz’s ex-girlfriend Wema Sepetu could be an item.
The sitution could not be further complicated after Wema Sepetu got mentioned in Ali Kiba’s latest chartbuster ‘Aje’ and got tongues wagging as to what could be brewing between the two.
Speaking to SDE, during his recent visit to Kenya over the weekend where he was among the top acts lined up for ODM after party celebrations, Ali Kiba denied having anything to do with Sepetu, insinuating that contrary to the misguided notion his song ‘Aje’ was meant for his fans and not to a specific woman.
I have so many female friends and hence there is no need to focus so much on Sepetu. The latter and myself have been good friends ever since she was dating Diamond- and nothing much,”said Ali Kiba.
The Tanzanian hitmaker despite admitting to having mentioned Sepetu in his song, said that he did not inform her neither did she have any idea about it.
“It was just a by the way thing which seemingly a section of people seem to want to blow out of proportion for reasons best known to them,” he added.
Ali Kiba had also previously been linked to Diamond’s ex Jokate Mwagelo something that has not been received well by most of fans allied to him and Diamond Platinumz.
