Cape Town - Kwaito star Mandoza’s death has been confirmed on social media by SABC News digital producer Sthembiso Sithole who is currently at Mandoza’s family home in Soweto.
Sithole broke the news to fans on social media by tweeting “Breaking news: Legendary kwaito musician Mandoza has passed away.”
In a statement released by his family at the time‚ it emerged that he had been fighting for his life after the cancer “metastasized to his brain.”
